I had traveled a long way and was remarkably exhausted when I got in. The young lady at the front desk was warm and friendly, making sure if I was a Marriott Bonvoy member that I was going to get a few extra comforts for the room. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. That's all I needed.

Location is perfect, that's about it. Found a dirty sock under our bed and a used Qtip behind the chair so that was disgusting. Breakfast was horrible, well at least the hot food. We ended up forgoing our included breakfast the second day and went to IHOP. Noticed a few other hotels in the same area that I would stay at next time.

Chris who worked the desk in the evening was always friendly & helpful. However the morning of our check-out the cleaning staff was informed the our room was vacant and he was met at the door by my husband, I was in the shower. He apologized and showed my husband that the room was marked vacant on his paperwork. When I mentioned it to the young woman at the desk upon our departure her apology showed a lack of sincerity that the male cleaning staff nearly walked on me. This was very disappointing.

this is a comfy and well maintained property over all! There is a smell near the elevator on the third floor that needs to be addressed. The suites are very comfortable with everything you could need for a long term stay.
