I was horrified that as I pulled back the cover and found a large amount of bugs scurring all over the sheet, I went to the office and was giving a new room we packed up and were moved to a new room that was pest free after packing up and moving rooms it was after 2am when we went to bed but not a good night sleep I wondering if the bugs would show up. We checked in, Made it to our room after having to shimmy by a homeless person to get up the stairs. We opened the door and before we even locked in, you could smell the molden mildew. We walked in saw parts of trim falling off mold.Ceiling in the bathroom had mold tiles had mold.Shower had was falling apart. All the countertops were busted up furniture looked like it had been through something. We turned around, walked out, checked out of the motel, and I requested a refund which I still have not received or heard from anybody. I took photos to show some of the stuff as well.

Upon checking the office was locked. I thought I was going to have to call corporate! The front desk guy showed up eventually. Weird…never had that happen before. Room next door was full of screaming kids. The smell of marijuana was annoying. The king room was acceptable for the price. I loved that the climate control unit was quiet and efficient. Not sure I’d stay here again.
