    The people on the second floor were very loud all night, and there was no hot water. We could not shower in the morning before heading to an event.

    Not only is this hotel noisy due to the freeway, the doors are not sealed letting the noise into the room. New windows would probably help as well. Room was dirty and the shower appeared so dirty we didn’t want to shower until we left early to another hotel.

    My towels where dirty and full of laundry soap, they never answered the phone when we needed something. No fridge or microwave. They called me to tell me that if I did not pay tight away they would give my room away to someone who would pay tight up front. There were people smoking next to my door and smoking marijuana next to our room
