Excellent service in an awesome location

The staff was excellent couldn't do enough for us. This hotel is very close to the MRT and night market. The only suggestions we have is consider supplying conditioner,a grab bar in the shower and more storage like shelves for personal items. We would definitely come back when in Taipei.

I stayed at Westgate many years ago (probably 7/8 years) and I’m happy to say that the hotel is still well maintained and the staff are so helpful and friendly as it was my last trip! Special kudos to Rafa who is always there to greet us with a smile and so attentive, offering help always, going the extra mile and even helping us with our luggage when leaving the hotel. Apart from the fantastic hospitality, the hotel is located conveniently steps away from the MRT train station and entrance to the ximending shopping area, would definitely recommend it!

Very new, clean hotel with excellent location in Ximending. Reception speaks very good english and provide service to order Sunny cakes for you. Note that each order is 6 pieces. Hotel room doesnt include toothbrush and toothpaste.

Awesome stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a mix of mostly Taiwanese food and some Western food. The rooms were clean and modern. The only two gripes I have, and they're small, is the lack of dresser space and desk in the rooms. Otherwise, it's a great hotel in a fantastic location. Highly recommend!

Excellent location with the heart of Ximending right behind just 1 minute walk. Ximending MRT just steps away where the iconic rainbow road is. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful.

It’s a good hotel in a convenient location at the popular and hip ximending. The room is clean but has a unpleasant damp smell upon walking in. Hotel staff brought a dehumidifier which improved the smell a bit.

It was a fantastic stay. Hotel took note of my dietary restrictions and provided me a personal set of thongs to avoid contamination at the breakfast buffet. It was a pleasant surprise. Location ofbthe hotel is fantastic. The staff is wonderful!

Vacation - Trip - Amazing

Extremely clean hotel and the staff are amazingly friendly. The included breakfast was filling and enjoyable. During my stay, had one question, but the management quickly addressed it and wrote me a personal letter to respond - amazing! Overall its a quite place to stay but no window which was ashame . The sink was in the middle of the room which was un helpful . Two bottles of drinking water is so good everyday . Breakfast is fantastic. And a lot of choices .
