The was in good condition, but you had to hold the shower head and with one hand and the soap in the other hand. They have a ice machine, but no bucket to fill it up with. They also have a stove, but didn't say anything about no pot or pans or glasses to use for the stove. The curtain was not up all the way. Had a smell as you walk in the room. The weather strip on the front door was hanging.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were 'ok'. The bathrooms appeared well used, with some of my family refusing to step into the tub (matt was dingy brown, curtain had holes, mold). There were dead bugs in the corner and paint chipping off the wall. I had a bath matt on the floor and the door caught on it. When I pulled it from under the door, moisture damaged wood cam off the bottom of the door. Sheets appeared clean. Some neighbors were up late playing music, smoking, drinking (bottles on the balcony), and talking outside well past which prevented us from sleeping much. Marijuana odor was strong from the rooms nearby.

evening staff person annoying and one-word anwers. Maintenance person called into fix a lighting fixture just yanked the plug out of the wall and called it fixed. Made no attempt to engage in conversation. Quick & rude.

Sink and shower not draining well. Dirty, unkept property. Bed and pillows terribly uncomfortable. Had to wear sooks, they were black and wet from the floor. Dont know where the moisture was coming from. Relitive to the price point, in comparison to other properties it was cheap. It should have been a red flag.

You get what you pay for

I'll give credit where credit is due. The front staff were very nice and helpful. That being said the room had not been properly maintained. The shower head was broken, half the receptacles didn't work, and there was graffiti on the mirrors. Had I not been on a budget I would have gone somewhere else
