The house is great for groups of friends just trying to find a night to sleep. Plenty of beds, air hockey, 2 bathrooms, has everything you need, even a pool. 5 miles from Busch gardens. But not very clean, no fans, & a few repairs needed. Not family friendly. Zero communication. I sent texts, & messages on Expedia. I was sent a door code, & it was wrong. Was quickly sorted through calling the number. There was blood on the sliding glass door curtains. Pretty gross. House has potential, just needs some care.

Upon arrival there were a few items of trash in the front yard and the garbage can on the side of the house was overfilling with garbage. When i tried to open the front door using the code messsged to me by the hotel, it was the wrond door code. Called them and got the right door code. Get inside and put everything in the rooms. Our daughter wants to get on the wifi to use her laptop. Look for the network id provided by "hotel" and there is no network by that name. Find the modem and figure out what the network id and password are. Go to watch tv as we wait to leave for the concert we were in tampa to see and find out the tv in the master bedroom has a cracked screen and doesnt work. The tv in the middle bedroom has no remote or cable running to it at all, the tv in the third bedroom that would have been capable of using netflix, didnt have a remote and therefore was unusable. The only TV in the entire house that had any form of use was the one in the living room. The kids go to play air hockey and it functions.......but barely. Then we notice the huge hole in the wall behind the air hockey table. The pool cleaning device was in the pool, not hooked up at all, pool had quite a few leafs in it. Then my girlfriend found a marijuana cigarette "roach" on the floor in the bedroom we were staying in. A good portion of the blinds are broken. The pool gate is barely stable (use extreme caution if you have little kids). The neighbors dog began barking at 6am and didnt stop.

To begin with, they changed the house without asking me, then when we arrived at the peasant house that was uninhabited, because the grass and the poor state of the entrance. We also did not find it so we covered ourselves because they had nothing but only a sheet and nothing more. a nightmare

OH MY GOD!!! What a horrible horrible stay!! I could not believe how many times I had to call and complain or ask about the internet....seems like it wasn’t a big deal yes, but the entire tv process was all Roku, and you had to have the internet to watch anything. I called the property like twice....and I call and messaged hotels.com at least 10....I WILL NEVER STAY WITH HOTELS AGAIN!! Ever!!! I literally am amazed at how useless this entire process was. I wasted $200 to stay here. I could’ve got a cheaper hotel and had all amenities minus the private pool.

The property itself was great,nice pool with jacuzzi,good location,plenty of comfortable beds etc.The problem was that we were originally booked at another location and weren’t notified that someone else had extended their stay there until we showed up.I had to call Expedia because I could not get directly in touch with owner at ANY point.They quickly fixed the problem and we were sent to this location.I appreciated the upgrade,however the property itself was not very clean(trash in the yard,burnt things left on grill,cigar and cigarette remnants everywhere). We only stayed one night, and overall had a great time at a nice place,but communication and cleanliness definitely left something to be desired.
