STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT BED BUGS!!!!!

This was an absolute horror show of a hotel. We had multiple rooms that had bed bugs in them. We had one room where the roof was leaking. The beds were not comfortable, the water pressure was nonexistent. STAY AWAY

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation. The ceiling in the room was damp and the air conditioning was dirty. The carpet in the room was dirty. The towel totally dirty.

Many thing Ms in the two rooms we stayed in did not work. Staff under prepared for issues that arose and busyness. Pool was actually really nice outside. Breakfast was measly. This was not up to Country Inn & Suites standards. I’ve stayed at many of them. Staff was nice but I won’t stay here again!

Overview of my stay

Just one day stay, my wife was impressed with the cleanliness of the room but complained about the slight odor of new construction or remodeling of the suite. Very quiet at night. Complementary breakfast included. On the maintenance site found couple missing light bulbs, a shower handle loose, and a shower head which wouldn’t stay up high and kept sliding down while showering, anointing but not deal breaker in my book. Those issues were given to the front desk and hopefully taking care of.

After a long drive all I wanted was a smooth check-in yet I endured my worst hotel experience in my life. I was given a room that was trashed and no room service tending the room to have it ready. I went down to service desk to get a new room which was no issue and I then got a room that was occupied already. I walked into a room that had a family...I was given a room with a family in the room! There are so many legal issues wrong with this experience I had at this location! I immediately apologized and demanded a refund and took my business down the road. Sickening experience that this company provided today. Will never think to ever look this way for a stay.
