Really an unfortunate experience. Our door lock was demagnetized. At night a fire alarm was blaring and the hotel was evacuated. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience.

The room was large and comfortable, but dark. More and brighter lighting would help. Anna at check-in is great! She is friendly, helpful and efficient and is a definite asset to the hotel. The biggest problem with my stay was the FREEZING temperature of the lobby, restaurant and entire main floor. Everything else was great.
