We did have a snag. The remote in our room was missing. They gave us another non working one and when we finally got the tv working. the screen was cracked. They offered to replace it at 9PM but we said it was too late for us to have them bother. The landline phone did not work either. Breakfast was great.

Holiday Inn Express across the Blvd Tampa St Fair.

This was my second stay in a two week period of time. Both were fabulous, the hotel was spotless pleasant smelling the rooms were super clean beds were so comfortable bathroom were really clean and well appointed. The highlight of our stay was the fabulous breakfast. The food was so delicious and was set up pleasing to the eye. Most of all every item was cooked to perfection and was the best hot line meal I’ve ever eaten. I give full credit to Bascom and his supervisor both were great but the heart and soul of the breakfast and its cleanliness along with a delightful personality to please each and every guest goes to Bascom. Checking in was the smoothest and most pleasant I have ever had even with a late in the evening check in after a very long hard day Vanessa made sure our needs were taken care of she continued that high level of service as did Bascom throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to everyone staying in the Tampa area. Being in a super high traffic location one might not expect such an ultra fine lodging with top of the line service and food but it’s the best in all categories.

Like everything except for the bathroom fans not working every time I stay there, this cause mold and mildew and the caulking around the tub/shower and base boards could use freshened up. Also the carpets were stained and the walls were dirty with stuff on them
