Liked conveniene of bar and quick food menu with table seating in lobby area if desired Burger was good Did not like unadvertised $10 fee for parking It is worth it but do not like sneaky way it was charged i found the $ 50 security fee reasonable ( refunded if you leave hotel only with the things you brought in) understand it hepls keep room rates low. At check-in, we were told we would receive complimentary breakfasts for being IHG members, which was a great start. However, we later noticed the breakfasts were actually charged to our bill. The food and service were good, but that was disappointing to discover. The room was clean and smelled fresh when we arrived, but our stay became frustrating after that. We booked a room that sleeps four, with one king bed and a sofa bed. The pull-out had sheets but no pillows or blankets. After waiting an hour and going to the front desk, we were told the hotel didn’t have enough pillows for the sofa beds and were offered extra comforters to roll up and use instead. I was very surprised that a hotel would expect guests to sleep without pillows. The sofa bed was also quite uncomfortable, and hallway noise easily carried into the room. We’ll be visiting this area often, but unfortunately, we won’t be choosing this hotel again.

Originally booked courtyard, but upon arrival, I learned that there was a fire in the hotel and they did not even let me know. Had to book something nearby last minute. The experience with Holiday Inn was perfect from beginning to end. I arrived a little disappointed as one can imagine they quickly welcomed me and had my room ready to go. Keep in mind I booked this five minutes before arriving and they already had everything ready.Highly recommend if I can give it more than 10 stars I would. Would definitely stay again. Next time I come to Tampa.

Nice clean property. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great place to stay for a visit to Moffett, USF or theme park. Parking was a bit tight but manageable. Didn’t realize small charge for parking but reasonable and I just missed it in notes.
