They put me in a room that you was occupied. Then we waited 20 mins for the front desk to find another room. When they did, it smelled really bad. We had to leave. The only positive was the refund. This hotel is basically a motel and by no means 3 star

The hotel was over all fantastic. The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable and roomy for the entire room and the bath was rather large. The only drawback is that it was a motel style of a look from the outside so my thinking was that it would be not a great inside but like I said before I was surprised and pleased with what I found. I prefer to stay in a hotel setting which has an interior entrance to your room because I feel safer traveling alone as a senior. In this particular Hotel, the door is right outside your room just like a motel style so that was the only thing that really concerned me about staying here. I probably will not stay here again but they are my reasons

The property is very nice and well maintained. Our room was comfortable. The art on the wall was the same and not very original. The bathroom and shower were modern. The staff is not that friendly unfortunately. Also the room service is unreliable. There was a delay in servicing our room which was disappointing. I hope the management can address this in the future as we would definitely stay here again. The pool was clean and well maintained. We also liked the location for attractions in the area.

The room had a strong, unpleasant odor, which was noticeable every time we entered and became quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the room felt very small for the price, and the restroom door did not have a lock. We also noticed an odor in the pillows and comforter. We booked this hotel due to its 9+ rating, but we were disappointed to find that our experience did not match that rating.

The room was clean but had a funny smell (we switched rooms and still had a smell). Definitely a "budget" motel. Staff was nice, but we ultimately ended up checking out an hour after check in.

Great experience - all staff were helpful and answered all my questions, room was cleaned every day even though I was staying a few days, fitness room was open 24/7, pool was clean, breakfast was very good for what free hotel breakfasts are normally like, and the location was perfect for what I wanted. No complaints at all.
