Rude Receptionist
Terrible customer service. Called day before arrival to schedule airport shuttle and was told they stopped the service the same day as my arrival. I booked in May and they announced in July the shuttle service was terminated August 1st.
Contacted hotels.com about it and they contacted quality inn letting them know they needed to honor it. Hotels.com assured me I would be picked up from the airport on the 1st.
Contacted quality inn to schedule and they told me again I would not be picked up when I informed the receptionist about hotels.com she became very rude and told me I needed to call back later to talk to the manager. I called multiple times the following day to be told the manager was too busy to talk to me. The final call I insisted he get in the phone. I told him I would happily Uber myself to the hotel if he could comp the shuttle to the cruise port the following morning he said it was not possible. He would pay for my Uber but he hung up without getting any details.
I Ubered myself to the hotel from the airport and the manager told me he would comp me to the cruise port since I did that. Great but why was I told no when I called him.
The room AC was not working and the entire hotel just looks so run down and sketchy. I called the front desk but of course no answer had to walk back and let them know. They said a switch on the wall was shut off and it was working. The room cooled off in a few hours. They took us to the port in the morning, I would never stay again.
