Okay for a cheap, one-night stay

The front lobby and employees presented themselves at a higher level than the rest of the hotel. Check-in was pleasant and efficient. The front entry of hotel was nice but aged.

We were very disappointed staying at this hotel. The room lacked essential amenities, the furniture was in deplorable condition, and it wasn’t cleaned as well as it could have been. Requested to speak to the manager or assistant manager and he never responded to my request

This property must’ve been a motel at one time bc the room doors open directly into the open walkway. The room had old raggedy furniture (the chair looked chewed on), the bed was LOUD, the fridge was placed in front of the adjoining room door (I guess for “safety”), the bathroom door looked as if someone had repeatedly punched holes in it, the elevators were all almost out of order, and it simply felt unsafe. I would definitely would not recommend to single female travelers

Entrance/lobby are deceiving, hotel is not well kept nore clean, lots of dust, rust and broken components in room. Front door didnt seal, bathroom door barely closed, water faucet in shower fell off, everything metal in room was rusty, even ceiling lights. Alerted management about insects in room, cockroaches were found. Management will not contact me or return phone calls.

Nothing especially unique but it is a good place to stay near the airport. The road it is on is noisy but there are lots of restaurants and a mall close by. I went to breakfast at 8:30 and they were already out of the only warm food they had so the only options were breads and cereal. That was disappointing but the rest was fine.

I did not like anything. The whole building should be demolish. Rooms are so outdated and dingy. Lack of maintenance. The information behind the door that all hotels must have regarding safety in case of an emergency was partially covered with paint and you could barely read what it said. Heater/AC did not work. I am not sure if somebody smoked in this room before or somebody was smoking in a room close by but it was this constant weed smell. I felt like in an road motel minus 5 stars. You should take this out of your options for people to go. No cleaning service unless you stay more than 2 nights. Breakfast is terrible. You have to pay to use the safe box in the room. I dont have words to describe how awful this hotel is. My husband and I travel a lot inside the States and overseas and we have never been in a hotel like this.

What a terrible hotel, how can Ramada attach their name to this awful place and charge what they do for it? The staff was bothered by our arrival. Omg. We would have left immediately if we had any other option. Room was old and dirty, no soap or shampoo, outlets not functional.

The tv WiFi went in and out so watching tv there were constant times of audio skipping. The only ice machine that works as on the 2nd floor and we were in the 5th and they were not very nice when telling us as much. The paint was peeling off in numerous places in the shower/tub. They never came to straighten our room or even ask if we wanted fresh towels.

Room had been updated. No carpet, which always feels cleaner to me. Both of us found the beds to be very comfy! Location is great! Close to airport, two malls, lots of restaurants, and shopping. 5 minutes to the airport. Outside room access. Sound would travel and could be loud when guests were talking in the breezeways. Free and ample parking.

This places needs an overhaul bad!

False advertisement at it's finest. The pictures posted must be of the nices room in the hotel. It is next to a trip club and the locals informed us this area is called crack town. They don't turn the parking lot lights on till almost 10pm and its pitch black outside and thats unsafe. We paid $185 a night and as you can tell from the pictures, umm no its not worth it. The "clean" towles smelled like vinegar and there were yellow stains on the pillow cases. The elevators arent in good condition and it feels like you are gonna fall. Breakfast consist of waffles, frozen jummy dean breakfast sandwiches, bagels and toast. The safe wasnt really helpful and the guy at the front desk on 3/9/25 is argumentative.

The room was very dirty around the lights and in the shower there was mold on the walls. There were spider webs and dust in the closet in the bathroom. The housekeeper told me she couldn’t help because she didn’t speak English.
