A lot of people in and out at all hours. Very noisy. Rooms were not very nice. The balcony was very small.

I was very upset that we were told that there were no two bedroom suites available shortly after our scheduled check in time, due to short staff. We were there for a big concert, so I was not please at the fact that the hotel did not prepare for such event. We were finally able to check in around 5:30 PM. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. I would consider booking again, only if there aren’t better hotel options available. The front desk guy was very transparent and worked really hard to take care of a long line of customers.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The ataff is spectacular. Friendly and very accomodating. The rooms spacious and the beds very comfortable. Rooms very clean and everything works..breakfast is good. Could have more to choose from but its called continental not all you.can eat buffet time..overall excellent..hope this helps.David

Breakfast was nice. Would have liked a little more variety with it. Housekeeping only came once (was supposed to come twice) and only did 1/2 of our place. They said the pool was heated but it was clearly not. Check in staff was wonderful! There was an issue with the vent light above the stove, but was taken care of quickly. States that 6 people can stay in a suite, but just enough dishware and utensils for only 4.

Clean and spacious rooms with everything you need. Great property. Friendly and attentive staff. Only thing that could have been better was the outdoor pool temperature was freezing.
