Disappointing Stay - Under Renovations - Stay Away! Check-in staff was rude and unwelcoming rough way to start our trip. One of the more frustrating parts of our stay was the need to be shuttled between our room and valet desk. The room was extremely underwhelming. It felt old, worn down hence the renovations at the resort. To make matters worse, the sliding glass door in our room had only a sheer curtain—no privacy whatsoever. Anyone walking by outside could see directly into our room, day or night. That is completely unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable the entire stay. A particularly unpleasant moment was when I went to get ice. The condition of the room that housed the ice and laundry machines was frankly shocking. The ice machine appeared to have been out of order for years, and the area was filthy — not something you'd expect to see anywhere, let alone at a resort. It was genuinely unacceptable. That said, I do want to acknowledge the valet staff, who were timely, friendly, and seemed to be doing their best to make guests feel taken care of. They were a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. This resort clearly has potential, but it’s currently falling short in too many areas. Until significant improvements are made, I can’t recommend it.

The property could be really awesome, and I'm sure it was years ago. It feels a bit run down in the rooms and around the pool. I was hoping that the customer service would make up for that, but we found that they were not overly accommodating. They definitely did not make us feel like they would do anything to help us enjoy our vacation. That was disappointing.

The property was amazing, but on my first night staying there, we found a few bugs in the bed. The room was not clean. The plugs didn't work, and the outside light was broken. The shower had mold on the ceiling, and the handle was broken. The location was beautiful, but the resort needs updating!!

The way in which the transportation was handled to your room was challenging. The valet was never available, only self park which was far away via shuttle. The shuttle to and from your room took a very long time. We waited 65 min to be picked up. We felt like you could not leave the property very easy because you always relied on a golf cart or shuttle picking you up. That part was disastrous.

Pros: the pool is very nice and the outside grounds are beautiful. Cons: the forced Valet at $30 a day is ridiculous! Not only do you have to wait for your car but you also have to wait for a ride to and from your room which can take an hour. If you are on a time schedule this is not the place for you. We choose to walk most of the time because we were tired of waiting for the golf carts. If you are going to force people to Valet then have more golf carts running. Oh and the resort fee of $28 a day, why not just add it to the room rate instead of trying to make it seem the price is cheaper than what it really is. Lastly, the rooms need a lot of work, everything is so dated.

It's was dirty, we had to park a mile and a half away, the brick was loose on the ground I kept tripping, the outlets didn't wish, the sliding door handle was broken and the patio was shared, there was no microwave or fridge, we went to use the microwave and it had dust in it!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN! I've seen better motel 6's!!

You are not a guest , you become a HOSTAGE for the night . I reserved it for 4 nights and left after the first night. When you arrive at check in you find out that they demand you VALET your car for $ 30.00/night and then they have a person with a golf cart take you a quarter mile away to a dumpy room ,you need to call a number to get picked up.then you find out additional fees $62.06/night.I never had such an experience TOTAL RIPOFF.ALSO , NO FRIG,VENDING CLOSE OR ROOM PHONE. PS I was an on the road salesman for 25 years and never had an experience like this.PS , they haven't credited me for the 3 nights as of yet. And I am very disappointed with EXPEDIA even having this place on their approved list , I will not use Expedia again. DO NOT BOOK HERE.UNLESS you don't mind being a HOSTAGE. iN CLOSING WHEN I ASKED THE GOLF CART DRIVER HOW DO YOU GET TO THE BAR /RESTAURANT the reply was you walk ( at night on a poorly lit walk way about a quarter of a mile.) right then I knew it was time to leave.
