Pikku satama on piilotettu helmi, josta tulet rakastamaan. Yksityinen lomakeskusyhteys kaikilla mukavuuksilla, joita tarvitset nauttiaksesi mukavasta rannalta lomasta.

Meillä on paikan päällä kaksi rantaravintolaa ja baaria, 2 uima-allasta, poreallas, urheilukentät, kalastuslaiturit, vesiurheiluvuokraus ja paljon muuta.
Kaupunkikoti sijaitsee kätevästi lähellä kaikkea. Kävelymatka alas on 7 minuutin, rauhallinen kävelymatka alas rantaan (yhteisössä). Jos ajat alas, olet vain 2 minuutin päässä ja ilmainen pysäköinti on ilmainen.

2: 7-10 minuutin rauhallinen kävelymatka yhteisön läpi yksityiselle rannalle, ravintoloihin ja palveluihin.

3: Tarjoamme vauvansänkyjä, syöttötuoleja, Pack N Play, vauvaportit ja grillivuokrausta (kun saatavilla)

4: Kotimme ovat itsenäisiä, vieraita kehotetaan tuomaan omat tarvikkeet. Mitä tarjoamme? Tarjoamme pyyhkeitä, liinavaatteita, täysin varustetun keittiön ja kaikki kalusteet. Apuohjelmat, ilmainen Wi-Fi, ilmainen pysäköinti ja pääsy kaikkiin mukavuuksiin! Lisäksi kun valmistelemme kodia vieraillemme, siivoushenkilöstömme jättää wc-paperirullan jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa, 1 paperipyyhetelan keittiössä, 3 roskapusseja, astianpesuaineen, 1 sienen, käsisaippuat ja 4 kahvipakkausta.

5: Kuinka check in toimii? Lähetämme vieraille ovikoodin heidän saapumisensa aamuna. Kun syötät yksikköön, saat 2 pysäköintikorttia, 1 uima-altaan kortin, yhden autotalli-kaukosäätimen (tarvittaessa) ja 1 Käy America Discount Gold -kortin! Yksiköllämme on myös sideaine, joka on täynnä tietoja alueesta, hätäpuhelinnumeroista, talomääräyksistä, yhteisövuokrista ja Tampa Bayn toiminnasta.

6: Luin vanhassa arvostelu sähkö on lisämaksu? Sähkö ei ole enää lisämaksu! Nämä kodit ovat uuden hallinnon alla ja hinnat ovat all inclusive.

Yhteisö sijaitsee 125 hehtaarin maalla, sillä on yksityinen 1/2 mailin ranta, hotelli / lomakeskus kylpylä- ja kauneussalongilla, 2 rantaravintolaa Tiki-baarilla ja iltaelävää viihdettä, suuret lämmitetyt uima-altaat, 2 ulkouima-allasta, 4 Tenniskentät, lentopallokenttä, 2 täyden palvelun venesatamat, joissa on 260 veneluista ja 250 jalkaa pitkä kalastuslaituri.

Tässä kodissa on 3 parveketta, joista 2 koostuvat suuresta parvekkeesta, jolta on näkymät vesiteille ja mangroveille. Voit myös saada upeat näkymät auringonlaskuun ja Tampa Bayn siluettiin yksityisestä rannasta.

3 story townhouse looking over mangroves

Great location, TV in living room did not turn on, the master bedroom has old TV that turned on after several minutes, i texted the manager and she never responded back about the tv, the property was cleaned. However, the living room furniture was stained and dirty, and there's looks like a shower pan leak that is deteriorating the wood framing in the shower and there's a mold growing. When you walk into the entryway, there's holes in the drywall.Where apparently there was flooding from the prior storms.Beds were great.

Disappointing VRBO Stay

1) The property was not as shown on the VRBO site - it had sustained damage from the last storm and was not clean as indicated. Stains on the carpet leading into the apartment, spider and ant infestation (probably related to the gaping hole in the screen door to the patio), and horrible odor covered up with air fresheners were just some of the issues. 2) Communication was TERRIBLE! We were told to follow posted instructions that were clearly out of date. The property manager was difficult to reach and even more difficult to understand. She did not offer to help with any issues.3) Security was not as indicated - there was no one on duty during the day and the entrance was not gated. People from the surrounding community were very aware and using the beach and pool facilities.4) The last person to rent the unit forgot to leave the amenities pass and we were instructed to ask another tenant who was already inside to open it for us. Unfortunately when we went to use the facilities there was no one already inside that could let us in5) The we decided to leave a day early when we heard an argument outside the master bedroom in the middle of the night. The next morning we found trash and a set of brass knuckles in the grass area below. We tried to alert security and hand over the weapon but both of the security vehicles were empty.It was so bad we left early and never heard from the property manager - nothing like our previous rentals. No one seems to care about this place. First thing I replaced 6 light bulbs including the one in the microwave over the stove. The filter in the refrigerator was so old and clogged no water or ice was available. We went to use the vacuum cleaner it was so clogged with dirt it didn't work. The TV in the living room is so old it takes a minute to start up and the picture is fuzzy. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. The toilet in the downstairs bath runs all day and there's something growing in the half bath. I could go on but why DON'T GO

3 Golden Girls and a dog

The townhouse at Little Harbor was quite nice. It was clean and outfitted with enough kitchen essentials for us to prepare meals on those occasions we decided to eat in. The nearby Sunset Grill is a great place to eat outside and enjoy the view. The only downside to staying there is the 30 to 40 minute drive to Tampa, Sarasota, or St. Petersburg.

Snow Bird Getaway

Little Harbor Resort can't be beat. It is a private area away from the congestion of the larger beach resort areas. This is our fourth year staying here. We loved watching the manatees each day, the pelicans and osprey fishing in the mornings from our condo and balcony. Sunsets are the best at Little Harbor!

Clean yet always something

We booked our first trip to Ruskin with friends staying in the same complex. THANK GOODNESS! Upon arrival our code was wrong, our friends had to get that from the owner. The next day a toilet was constantly running and we called the property manager 3+ to NEVER have a call returned. I spoke to the owner, she never told me if they came out to fix it. The next day a letter was on the door stating some water issue had occurred so we were having our water shut off within 12 hrs from 9:30am-4:30pm so plan accordingly. I again reached out to the owner, she told me it was out of her control. Next, a few days later all smoke alarms went off in the unit for 20 min, for no reason. I again called the owner who called property manager and they came over while we were out to just take out the smoke alarms. Their response to fix it was to just remove them from the unit which is less than safe or up to code. The next day alarms went off at 3am and that was my final straw. We checked out and when I let the owner know the check out procedures in the binder they leave was outdated because we never had a key to the pool or parking passes as it stated she didn’t seem to care. Never once was the owner apologetic about all of these occurrences, she should have at least offered some sort of compensation. If you have zero expectations and want a less than adequate place to stay go for it. I would not recommend!

Place was a little far from Anna Maria Island it look closer to us when we book it but overall it was a good place to stay. I reached out to host for couple of things and they made it right for me and always a quick response. I recommend it if you are looking to stay in Little Harbor.

This property was very poorly maintained. It was filthy everywhere - the carpets have disgusting stains. We tried to do some cleaning ourselves (which we shouldn’t have had to do), but there was only a broken mop to work with. No broom, no cleaning supplies (we bought our own), and the property management company wouldn’t return any of our calls when we tried to reach them. The resort itself is nice, but the living quarters were absolutely horrible.

Wedding Stay

I will start by saying it was a good trip and we made the most of each situation. I was a little disappointed with the hosts responses to my questions. It started with not getting an update on Visit ( i.e. had to ask for code to get into unit and still didn’t have the day we left to head that way.) while checking in at airport I finally received the info and it turns out they were having maintenance on the air unit so we were “upgraded” to a different unit. One good thing it was so close to venue for wedding. Seems exciting we were told 3 bedroom, now this issue here was that we have someone no on wanted to sleep with so we specifically picked a unit with a pull out sofa and when we were put in new location it was a room with twin beds. So now who has to make the decision to sleep with the one person no one wants to sleep with. Then the middle of the night the fire detectors were beeping and we did take out battery and then the rest would beep. Quite annoying had to have maintenance come and that did solve the issue. No towels for use in all bathrooms. It said linens so we assumed which lucky we brought beach towels and could do laundry while there. Unsure why they only give you 2 garbage bags and yes we could have brought more but I think a garbage bag is cheaper than extra weight in luggage as I brought toilet Paper and paper towel to be safe. Charge $2.00 more and leave 4 garbage bags. I definitely learned from this experience and we came for a wedding so when we visited others in their units and they had so many different amenities it made me wonder how well prepared our hosts were. Especially since we were not told till day of about air unit issue and having to ask them for a code. Plus a week before arrival I couldn’t find the unit at all on the website- this has us so scared we didn’t have a place to stay. In the end the place was nice and would go back to the area.

Beautiful property with plenty of room, but you are at least 40 minutes from any tourist area. If you are wanting to be on more of a secluded property, this could be a perfect place.
