Don’t go here they steal!

This hotel was okay until they tried to steal my son iPad and my players shoes!!!! They didn’t clean the rooms but took the stuff out of there and played crazy at the front desk after asking for GM info corporate and cameras to be ran back they decided to give it back to us. Took 45 mins to Recover our items

Property is very well maintained. Room was spacious. Requested early checkin due to not able to extend out stay at another hotel. The request was accommodated and taken care. The employee nice to work with. We are very thankful for that and appreciate of.

A horrible place to stay

We checked in around 4:30, dropped our things and went back out. We came back to the hotel after 11pm and the front desk was closed (as expected). We got to our room and the shower and the towels were gross. Hair all over them. The floor in the room was filthy. There was no one to complain to. I went down the next morning to say something but there was no one at the desk and there was a line of people waiting. We were told he was up on the 2nd floor checking to see if people had checked out. What?!? And the beds… you could feel the springs in your back. I will obviously never stay there again!

This is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. It was my husband, me and our toddler son. They literally gave us 2 small towels! What the heck. Thank God we only stayed 1 night but I can't imagine having to stay longer and having to request more towels and help. the bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and im not even exaggerating! when we checked out, I asked the man at the front who do I contact about unsatificaty concerns and he told me just to leave a google review!!

Stay was Great and room was very very clean

Our stay was absolutely Great!! my hubby and I had a problem with check-in due to their availability from a website that we booked the room on but the front desk manager named Gus took great care of us. He was so kind and considerate and we truly appreciated him. We were tired and ready to go in and just rest and Gus came through for my husband and I. If hubby and I are in Tampa again,, We will be staying at Wood Springs suites, because of the service that Gus provided to us when we were there having problems checking in thank you Gus we appreciate you. God bless you.

Room was clean but had no ice service in building. No toiletries in bath. No Walk-In Shower (Wife is handicapped). NO Breakfast of any kind! Did have FREE Parking.

The property as a whole was fine. The rooms were clean and provided everything we needed. However, staying on the 2nd floor we could hear every step of the occupants in the room above us and they sounded like they were traveling with a baby elephant. I would say the sound proofing is severely lacking. Also, one other minor complaint about the water pressure in both the shower and the bathroom sink was very weak. It would be nice if there was just a little more so it actually feels like a shower and not a sprinkle.
