The good: friendly & helpful staff, close to the theme park, clean bathroom and toilet. The bad: room is smaller than expected, bed and linen are dated and uncomfortable, dusty carpet and sofa bed, check out time is earlier than the norm at 10am (and keys were automatically deactivated even before that time) Overall it feels like a 3 stars at best rather than a 4 stars hotel. So with that in mind, it is expensive.

Breakfast was very disorganised. Room was okay but I was woken up at 4am by a loud vibrating/banging noise (possibly pipes/boiler). This lasted for 5 mins but then continued on a regular basis until I got up. Not a relaxing night!!

Excellent location right near an entrance to the park. Clean and spacious rooms. Everything was very clean and there are some great features for the children (eg a Thomas mini carousel and an outdoor playground). Comfortable restaurant but slightly disappointing food.
