I loved my stay at Hotel on Devonport. My room was upgraded, the carpark was not over crowded, dinner was yum, the bed was comfortable, the shower had fantastic pressure, and checkout was a breeze. Will definitely be back if the rates are within budget.

Check in was good, staff were friendly. Room was large, comfortable beds. Shower needs updating, hot water wasn’t working in the evening because of water pump issues but got resolved by the morning. We enjoyed the complementary snacks and water. Was a good stay

The room door lock was not working, the Hotel staff not only refused to provide us any help, but also rude, aggresive. I have logged a formal complaint for this worst customer experience and the staff unacceptable behavior.
