Items stolen?

I stay in this hotel often for work. On a previous stay, I had my passports and other items stolen from the room though they deny it when I confronted them. On my most current say, an employee came into my room hours after it had already been cleaned. They saw me there and then left quickly while mumbling something. I do not trust this hotel and you shouldn't either. Additionally the people at the front desk were mostly not nice and grumpy.

I had an excellent stay. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, creating a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and going out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant experience. Their professionalism and friendliness made me feel truly valued as a guest. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most hospitable hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
