i like your reception staff. Naomi was the person who checked us in and she was very helpful. we got a great room, pool view to be exact. the food choices are excellent, the only thing that bothered us is the smoking folks. they should have a designated area to smoke ... outside the building as second hand smoke clings to our clothes and we smell it. disgusting.

They would not give me a towel at the pool without drivers license!! I had my room key for verification. I did not want to walk all the way up to my room for my license, plus I never take my drivers license to a hotel pool because I don’t want to lose it. while I was waiting for a towel, I called the hotel and the representative that answered told the girls to give me a towel. I also talked with a pool supervisor and told him this is a ridiculous rule.

Didn't like that we were scheduled for housekeeping services but it never happened. We were there 3 nights and all they could say was its not guaranteed. We had to call for towels and for them to restock the coffee bar. They brought us towels and a zip lock bag with 2 coffee pods and stirrers, no cups, no cream nor sugar. The only thing the representative had to say was sorry. We will have to think about it real hard for our next stay. My husband like it there because he has to have a scooter when were there and its easy for him to get around on the scooter. The bell hop and the valet services was great.

i really like the hotel but didn't realize if you want an early check in, or a late checkout be prepared to pay $35. Other hotels don't charge if they have a room available.

Amazing place. There was a smell in our first room but the service and staff were super efficient and got us a new room that was perfect. The pools were incredible however there was a sulfur smell that kept blowing around. The casino and restaurant was incredible. I had a really great time!

The resort was beautifully decorated, and the staff were so courteous. The Pala Cafe was our go to place to eat, and we had three meals there. All were delicious.

Amazing stay

Went for a concert and spent the day at the pool. They had rooms available for early check-in but wanted to charge us $35 so we said never mind. We waited till after 4 and got our room- it was perfect. Large and the bed was super comfortable.

The lady that checked us in to the hotel was very rude. She kept telling us we didn't have a reservation and needed to show her an e-mail for our Expedia reservation (I showed her two confirmation numbers) of which I didn't have (made the reservation back in March) She was not happy that we made our reservation through a "third party" We didn't know what to do . And then she said "oh, wait here it is"

Disappointed that the fitness area was closed. Food was good and the waitresses was very friendly. Had a good time at the pool and saw a great concert (BTO). Overall it was a good stay and I would stay again.

wonderrful and clean place to stay

My stay was very comfortable and fun. The first thing when we arrived was a staff person who quickly loaded all luggage on a cart and took it to our room. He was so helpful and kind. He helped my brother and sister in law and me with everything in getting our rooms comfortable. The food at the bar was great and the presentation was really cute. the mini french fry basket was so cute and an made it easy to eat the fries.
