The room was very spacious and clean. The water temperature in the shower was just right. The only concern was the mattress on both queen size beds were not evenly smooth. My room partner and I both agree that the mattress in the middle sunk down. Otherwise, it was a lovely room with a beautiful view of the pool.

The room was very clean..... Just curious about the resort fee..... The pool was closed, as was the spa.... So what am I paying for ? The cafe was amazing, food was excellent ! Reuben was our waiter both times.... He went about and beyond.... They can use more help there..... Always enjoy Pala

A very nice large deluxe room w/ double queen beds. 5 small.pillows but a bit too firm for me. The bathroom has both separate shower and deep bath. The room was quite cold.

Staff was polite and helpful however waiting 40 minutes to check in was a bit much. Pool and spa not being open was kind of a bummer and unexpected fees per room was understandable just didnt know. Roulette is not like anywhere I have ever played. Machine deals four cards and what ever color the ball lands on is the card that the flip over. Casino is nice but I dont think id come back to stay. Food was good.

Yes, it was very clean. Except for the Windows, they were dirty from the outside. Front Desk clerk was very, very helpful. I made the mistake and arrived a day before my check in time. He went above and beyond to help me, as i drove 13.5 hours with my elderly mother. He went to his manager and both of them were able to adjust my stay dates. I did not get their names, unfortunately. But they both were excellent.

The toilet wouldn't flush,. The receptionist staff gave misinformation about the musical band entertainment. I would have stayed home and not waste my time , long drive, and expenses.
