Arrived at 5pm after a long drive. I was surprised to see my “Mountain View” room was not ready. I was asked to come back in one hour. There was no offer of a free drink at the bar or a coffee etc instead I had to take my bags back to the car and walk around the property. The lady at reception was apologetic . I came back in an hour and at 6pm I checked in (even though check in is at 4pm). I asked if I could have a later check out to 12pm the following day but this would cost me $37.50 so I declined.
My room was not Mountain View. Instead it looked straight into the car park building and the window was filthy.
This room was the most expensive room on my two week American stay and was only on par with the Holiday Inn at Chino Hills. I have a suspicion that because it was booked through Expedia that the casino makes less on a third party booking and hence you get their worst rooms.
