Overall poor. Breakfast not manned. Dining area dirty. Soggy powdered eggs. Yogurt no stocked. Elevator was beat up. Facility Laundry room doors open several times when I was trying to get on the elevator. Poor impression of the whole state of the place. Sign marking location entrance was not at the correct place on the road. Door was sloppy, which allowed lots of noise from other residents. Door key had to be re-scanned to get it to let me in.

You have a better bet of safety underneath the bridge crossing into Indiana. Upon looking at reviews after we booked, we noticed the same bullet hole that pierces our window of the same room 7 months ago from a previous resident. The sheets were stained with blood in places to make it almost as if a crime scene had taken place here, and we are detectives on the case. Along with our case we have to solve, we had a moldy bathroom ceiling and walls along with mysterious stains along the box springs as well. Hellen Keller could have done a better job cleaning for our stay.

The night staff was very rude and seemed put out that we were even there. All bed sheets and comforters were stained/dirty. Did not have adequate staff in the morning, one person in charge or check out and all of breakfast. Most things were empty at breakfast. Everyone from our team had cleanliness issues with their room and one had a bullet hole in their window. Definitely will not stay here again.

The hotel looks nothing like its pictures, at all. Hotel is in serious need of an upgrade inside and out. Hallways full of trash bags, paint chipping everywhere. Theres an odd smell too. We arrived late at night and we were exhausted. Went to crawl into bed and there was a dirty sock under the blankets, along with hair all over the sheets. We didnt want to move so slept on top of the blankets for the couple of hours we were there. Not sure how this can keep the brand name with how trashy it is. We definitely wont be back. Bed was comfy and nothing for breakfast.

It seems like they started to renovate but just never finished it. Elevators were old and nasty, the hallways reminded me of something you see in a scary movie. The rooms had great space completely unused. The desk chair had a pole poking up so when you sat on it, you got poked. The bathroom they remodled but it was tbr size of a motorhome bathroom. No space for your items at all. The toilet was one of the water saver toilets but they set it under the counter top so you had to squeeze your hand betwee. The toilet and counter top to flush. There was no toilet paper holder. They didnt think about the bed placement. They had it directly in front of the air conditioner so when you laid on the bed you had so much air running over you it would make you sick. They should have placed the bed in the other direction. I will never stay here again nor would i recommend it to anyone.
