The room that was assigned to me was already occupied so I walked into a room with someone in it. At 11 PM, very scary and unsafe all the windows have been tampered with pride open someway or another. Gang signs on the bathroom window.

This was a great value for money: check in was courteous and efficient, room was spotless, bathroom had been recently renovated with new mirror, tile, etc. Continental breakfast was pretty limited if that's a concern, and the hotel is right off of a main road so there is some traffic noise, but for the price this place can't be beat.

Lacking in basics.

There was no ice Saturday and Sunday. The breakfast was not acceptable, i.e. no syrup for waffles; no assorted pastries, no juice; no bread for toast Saturday. No cups in the room for the coffee maker nor for brushing your teeth. Could not get closed captioning on the tv for my husband who is deaf. I did appreciate the refrigerator.

No hot water at all in 2 different rooms, there was mouse in are room when I said something to the attendant on duty he said “OH”! Floors need cleaned, leave your feet black, shower tile is falling in, water dripping in the bathroom above the tub, coffee pit had mold in it! Never again! Oh and they have people living there!!!!
