The staff were very kind, professional, and helpful. That goes a long way in my book! I felt very comfortable with the cleanliness of the room. The only drawback is that the coffee provided was not palatable, but I am a coffee snob.😁

Overall the stay was great. The staff was very pleasant. However, the elevator needs maintenance it jumps/bounces and makes some noise that doesn't sound typical. Some of the carpets in the hallways need to be scrubbed and shampooed.

Makes no sense. It was a very nice clean and comfortable hotel towels refresh right and clean. The bed was very very comfortable when I walked in the room. The road has stink of other peoples body holders. The only thing that I might be upset about is that I had roach in my bag when I left, but I stay at hotels every night I could have brought it from the last hotel hotel this hotel.

Suite was nice with newer furniture and very clean. Staff were friendly & helpful. The only slightly negative was the elevator was very slow and we were on the 4th floor with a lot of stuff to shuttle in and out.

Hotel.com is not worth the money no more!

Well first hotel.com booked me a room that wasn’t available! Thankfully the staff at the hotel were super nice and found me a room!
