It was an older looking hotel that had messy/cheap looking renovations. The staff were very nice, but overall it felt a little ghetto. The pool smelled weird and the hot tub was out of commission (which would have been nice to know before booking). All the other guests we encountered seemed to be service workers. Again, not the worst, but definitely not what I was expecting.

We didn't even stay there it was so bad when we got there. It was beyond disgusting. I don't like to give bad reviews but it was definitely nothing like the pictures show. I would suggest updated photos for anyone wanting to stay there.

Check in staff was friendly. Music on intercom and TV were so loud I could barely hear the receptionist. Elevator was dirty. Fan in elevator looked like it had been on fire. Lights didn’t work on elevator TV remotes didn’t work. Room was clean. Hallways and common areas need to be cleaned. Overall this looked like a forgotten property in the Wyndham group.

Breakfast biscuits were raw dough in the middle. The ac was blowing on us at breakfast and it was 42 degrees out. Everyone was freezing and they said they couldn't change it. Definitely not a 3 star.The heat in our room automatucally reverted to cool at 2am.
