Fair, no bedspread, the head board had no kind of padding we would hit are head all the time. The dinky pillows were so small they did nothing, we actually had to use our luggage against the headboard, so we wouldn't hit our heads. The toilet didn't work.2 refrigerators and only one work and a old type of microwave. Poor lightning in the room. A TV that was too hard to figure out. Other than that it was OK Next time we will bring are own pillows.

During our recent four-night stay, several serious issues occurred that made this one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had. First, there was no working Wi-Fi in our original room. When we contacted the front desk, we were told to speak to our phone provider, which is unrelated to the property’s Wi-Fi service. Only after questioning this did they change our room. Second, our room was not cleaned even once during the entire four-day stay. The garbage was never removed, and towels were not changed. Each time we approached the front desk for assistance, the staff responded rudely and dismissively, repeatedly stating “this is not a hotel,” and showing clear frustration with guests asking for basic services. Third, our car was broken into in your parking lot, and our jackets were stolen. While we understand that theft can happen anywhere, the lack of security or support from staff afterward made the situation even more distressing. Overall, the lack of basic services, poor attitude from front desk staff, and the unsafe parking situation made our stay extremely disappointing. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Rooms have been recently renovated and photos are accurate. No carpets, just imitation hardwoods, which I appreciate (easier to keep clean for guests). My only complaint is that the air conditioner/heater unit fan is VERY loud, but perhaps that was only in my room. I would stay here again.

Check in was simple and friendly. The room was immaculate. The matress was comfortable. It is outside the regular tourist area, but was a very easy six miles to get to downtown Palm Springs using Ramone Rd, or the airport. Nearby Starbucks for morning coffee.

room was ok... walls & ceilings are not very sound proof, so it was a bit loud. Also, I could easily connect to wifi, but their wifi was not connected to the internet, so it was kind of pointless. anyway, unable to use internet while there. Other than that, bed was comfy, shower was nice.
