If you see a clause in the contract that says “No Refunds.” Run, booking with this hotel is a lose - lose situation. Why is that? Well, bugs/insects everywhere, blood stain on the towel, heavily stained chair, no breakfast, dirty bathroom and floor, like this place should be closed. Crazy.

I was staying in #50 king bed suite with a view? The room was dirty and the bed was very uncomfortable, the sheets were very old, but the worst part was the roof of the building I was located in was being replaced with the air compressor right outside the front door to our unit and the noise from that and the nail guns shooting was continuing on for four hours until it got dark outside before they quit. We checked out the next morning.

Didn’t like the deep jacuzzi tub. Even with grab bars, it was hard for senior citizens to get in and out. No bath mat or gripper stickers on bathtub floor. Prices at restaurant too high…$21.95 for buffet breakfast. Pizza place not that great either. The heat/ air conditioner unit in room was as loud as a remote control car.

The property looked nice from the photos, but the room was dirty. The floors were dirty, dusty and had dead bugs. The ceiling had cob/spider webs. Under the bed was thick dust and 2 pair of shoes left there. The bed itself was clean.
