The location of this Western Holiday Lodge is amazing. We enjoyed our time there a lot after visiting the Sequoia National Park.

Awful, Dirty, Staff Didn’t Care

This place was so gross. Giant cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, the bathroom, the room walls and the door were filthy, I didn’t even want to think about sitting (let alone sleeping) on the bed. There was a foul stretch outside our door, we scrambled to find another place that same night and checked out and paid again to stay somewhere else. Seeking a refund through hotels.com now.

I paid nearly $200 a night for a place with nothing to say except a place to spend the night. And, big negative, cleanliness, dead and alive cockroaches. True, I only saw a couple, but still not cool. If you're spending anything more than $120 a night for this place, not worth

Came up to see my daughter for the first time in eight years after my husband, her father had passed away. We had usually stayed in RV parks, however, I had sold our RV. I picked this hotel for the reviews and was quite fond of the area.. the room was beautiful. The view was gorgeous. My only complaints was the bed was very uncomfortable and hard. The towels need to be upgraded and and more need to be added to the room the next morning after my stay the only thing that was done was the garbage was dumped. My bed was not straightened or turned, and I was not given fresh towels. I would stay here again if they would put an ice. , and I was not given fresh towels. There is only one icemaker for the whole entire hotel by the office. However, my room was on the other side of the hotel, which was a good walking distance and when it’s cold and rainy, it’s not fun when you’re disabled walking with a cane and the service panel I would stay here again. Hopefully they will take these things into consideration and maybe put another icemaker closer to the other side of this beautiful little gym in three rivers.

If you're looking for a just a bed...

We had cobwebs in our restroom, The space did not feel clean at all. I had stayed here before and was sad to see the rooms not maintained for cleanliness. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay this does the job. But it's not the cleanest place to stay.

1st Room was so full of dead and alive flies, it was soo cold since the chimney was broken and would not close then there was no cold water. Staff moved us to another room and there was so much spiders and webs on the ceiling, very scary and uncomfortable. Sorry but I would definitely would not recommend.

Great staff, but poor sound insulation, the neighbor watched TV all night and didn't let us sleep. As well as very noisy doors and lack of repair and cleanliness in the rooms.
