Welcome to Wren Isle, a spacious 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath riverfront retreat with a private pool and the closest dock to NASA’s launchpad, perfect for watching rocket launches. Relax outdoors, enjoy the views, and explore nearby beaches. Disney and Universal are both less than an hour away, making this an ideal spot for families, friends, and special gatherings.
Downstairs:
Living Room – A large, comfortable space for relaxing or gathering as a group, complete with cozy seating and river views.
Dining Areas – Multiple dining spaces indoors for shared meals, celebrations, or family-style dinners.
Kitchen – Fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and ample counter space for cooking and entertaining.
King Suite (Downstairs) – King bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and all essentials provided (towels, hair dryer etc.).
Octagon Bedroom – Queen bed located on the ground level. Shared access to one of the full bathrooms located nearby.
Upstairs:
King Suite (Upstairs) – Another comfortable king bedroom upstairs, with a private access to the granite bathroom.
Queen Suite (Pink Room) – Queen bed in a charming “pink” theme. Private access to the pink bathroom.
Second Queen Suite - Another queen bedroom on the upper floor. Important to note: this room provides access to the Petite Bedroom and also connects to the “Purple Sun” bathroom.
Petite Bedroom
A cozy, smaller room with a full bed, great for kids or an extra guest. This room can only be accessed through the Second Queen Suite, making it ideal for families or close friends. Both rooms share the nearby Purple Sun Bathroom.
Bathrooms at a Glance (Total: 5 Full + 1 Half)
King Suite Bathroom (Downstairs) – Private shower, toilet, hair dryer.
Floral Bathroom – Half bath featuring just a toilet and towel service.
Granite Bathroom – Full bath with shower only, granite finishes, bathtub not included, with towels/hair dryer.
Pink Bathroom – Full bath with tub or shower combo, toilet and towels.
Purple Sun Bathroom – Full bath equipped with shower, toilet, towels/hair dryer.
Pool Bathroom – Convenient full bath by the pool with shower, toilet and towel service.
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, the pool, dock, and outdoor areas. The only areas not accessible are the garages and the space above the garage.
Other things to note:
1. The base rate includes up to 6 guests; $25/night for each additional guest.
2. Pool/spa heat is not guaranteed and is only available for an additional fee on a seasonal and weather-permitting basis. We do our best to provide it when conditions allow, but availability is not assured during colder months or unexpected temperature drops.
3. Events are welcomed and incur additional fees. Please visit wren isle events website for more info. If you plan on inviting daily guests for any type of function, whether it be a hangout/dinner there will be a fee charged.
4. Owner lives on-site in a separate apartment with private entrance.
5. Garage is not available; please don’t block the two left-side garage doors.
6. Dock is not suitable for boat storage due to shallow water (nearest boat ramp is less than 5 minute drive).
