Hotel was clean. It’s just a plain hotel nothing fancy but was a reasonable price. We only needed it for one night. The mattress was a little lumpy.

Loads to see and do for all ages, a two day ticket is a bargain, and we used all two days to do everything. You do not need to be a space geek to enjoy everything, and if you have kids its both fun AND educational

I usually don't give negative reviews, but I stayed at this Quality for 2 nights interacted with the GM Pooja Patel 4 times during those days and felt so disrespected, I just had to post. The room itself was average, although the handle for the sink was sticky. The breakfast a bit under average but my dealing with the GM very disappointing. The first day I thought, she was just having a bad day, but the second day and 4th dealing, when checking out, she told the customer in front of me he was "Handsome" but when I checked out, not even a "how was your stay", only, "no you can't have a receipt, you booked through a third party, you must contact them". I only stayed both nights because our cruise was 2 days away. I WILL NOT be staying there again and am rethinking my future stays at any Quality Inn.

Even though it’s a value property, it was just fine. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was very good if you like fresh waffles and bagels or cereal. The coffee was really good! It was all very fresh and the area was clean. The room could use a few more amenities, like more than one small garbage can, some of those suitcase racks would be nice. All in all we were very happy with the place and the value it offered. We would stay there again!

Upon checking in I asked if we could check out a little late because our cruise port checkin was late. She said we could do 12, instead of 11. When I asked if she could write it somewhere, she changed her mind and said I couldn’t do it. She acted as if she never said it. When we checked in we were exhausted and went right to sleep. The next morning I noticed there were four or five pubic hairs at the top of the shower and a lot of dirt. It was clearly not cleaned. I also noticed that the sink had a bunch of yucky goopy stuff caked on around the faucet. We were scheduled to stay here a second time at the end of our cruise, but I asked if we could get a refund for that day. It did not meet our standards for cleanliness. The lady said to have Expedia call her because she cannot do anything about it because we booked with a third party. I did as I was told. Expedia said they refused to sign a waiver for a refund, but in person they said that Expedia said they don’t allow refunds… I really do not want to go back on Friday but also do not want to lose money. They lie in person acting like it’s Expedia when it’s really them. The pool is also in the parking lot of Popeyes. Do not stay here!!!. My husband felt very dirty and swears he saw a cockroach as well. I am going to contact the health department.

When I got here, my kids saw the pool. And they were so excited to go into the pool. Only to be told by the front desk agent that the pool is not working. They didn't put that online so u could Decide before you get there or before I was purchased in the room. I was so upset and I already paid for you.

Check it was terrible. While doing check on for both rooms, i was trying to clairify the bed status, needed 1 w/2 beds, 1 w/1 bed, when i askee question all she did was repeat breakfast times AGAIN. She seemed unable to answer any questions only regurgitating the standard info at check-in. Hotel served its purpose. Would not go there again.
