Management and staff were very accommodating to our request. We had a room that was across from the highway. This due to a late check. However they were able to switch us the next day. I would recommended hotel for those who are cruising out of Port Canaveral.

The staff was nice! We did not get the room we purchased through Expedia. We got a room with a double bed and pull out couch. The couch smelled like strong urine and was terribly uncomfortable. I had to move couch pillows over by the door. It had, what looked like dog food and crackers under the couch. It was too late to complain as my roommates had already went to bed in the other room. This am staff said they could not do anything since I booked through Expedia. Expedia said they will contact the hotel. As if now unresolved, tired, and unsatisfied about the experience.
