Everything was great except for the checkout time. We were surprised that it was at 10am when the front desk called us. We were going to leave at 10:30am anyway but it made us feel a bit rushed. Asides from that, staff were pretty nice. For the price we paid, we really can't complain on the room side because it's clean and everything was available. Decent for a night's stay and would still recommend.

We had a friend staying in another room who was scheduled to leave a few days before us. The day he checked out he was instructed to leave the premises. His flight was about 6 hrs later. The staff would not allow him to even stay in one of our rooms for a few hours to kill time until he had to leave for the airport. They were so insistent on this policy that he ended up paying for a room by the hour. It's a pretty ridiculous policy IMHO.

It’s really tiny in reality, the rooms are super crunched. Not what we expected. The hotel entrance is like in an alley. But u get what u pay for, if it’s for a night it’s ok.. bath tub is for like get on your knees to stay in it. I arrived before check in but the offered to hold my luggage until check in. Early check in was 4000 yen. Yes the rooms are small but for one night sleep I had plenty of room with a double/queen bed and super comfy bed and options for pillows. Had enough room on the floor to open my suitcase and re arrange and pack before my flight home!big tv and lots of options to watch tv movies and on demand. Bathroom was good a lot of included amenities soap shampoo combs toothbrush ect. Room was really hot and I couldn’t get temperature below 24 unless I opened the window it was January and 14 degrees Celsius outside maybe I’m just a warm Canadian but it needs to be cool to sleep comfortably! Other than that I enjoyed my stay and now know what Apa has to offer comfy beds that forsure

Very safe and cozy. Our stay in the hotel was pleasant. For those who are looking for large beds and large space, this is not the place. It is for sight seeing people who just need a place to park themselves for the night. We were happy with the price and location.

Great price for a clean, safe place in Tokyo, convenient to both Hatchobori and Shintomi station. I wish I had know that the breakfast was only an obento box to take back to our room, and that there was no breakfast room for us to sit and talk in while we ate breakfast.
