Very easy walk to nearby attractions and train Station - all less than 20 minutes walk in a LESS CROWDED location. Many dining options and convenience stores around it. Safe and quiet.

I really made of this hotel my home away from home in Tokyo. Arera around the hotel is full with restaurant and places I like. Always vibrant with many people around. Wonderful music bar. All I need when I want to take my mind away after a had day of work. Hotel is clean and have all amenities i need as wash room, breakfast area, comfortable bed. Internet is always at top. So no umpleasant surprises here!

Overall an excellent hotel to stay. I gave Good rating only because the room was way too small. It was the actually the smallest room I ever slept in. Check in was quick and easy. The staff interaction was minimal during our checkin. The staff were polite and very helpful. Room had everything. The restaurant on 2nd floor was neat, clean and with lots to choose from. Loved the restaurant and staff was super friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent and close to restaurants and shopping area. The shibuya station was probably 5-10 minutes walk. My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and very satsified with the hotel.

Construction on floor.

I paid a premium rate for a hotel that I usually stay at and pay much less. The floor I was on was undergoing some sort of renovation and was freezing cold. It was not something that I wanted to see during my stay. I couldn't believe that I paid such high rate and was put on a floor that was under construction. That really soured my time at APA Business Hotel Shibuya.

staff was great and our room was clean. Only downside was that there is only one small elevator that takes a while to reach a floor, and there were renovations throughout the hotel that we were not aware of until we were on property. check-in was confusing, but checked out was convenient as it provided a key drop off location.
