We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Location was great, customer service was top notch and the room was large. Only thing we didn’t like was the $3300 daily charge per person for the pool and not allowing kids in the pool outside of July and August. For the money we paid to stay here, would have expected the pool to be free and available for kids at all times

I really liked this hotel. But the extra fees and children not being aloud at the pool were unexpected. Our daughter was very disappointed about not being aloud at the pool. I wish these things were more clear. But the rooms and service were great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view (we were on the 24th floor). The location of the hotel is very convenient to Metro. They gave us 2 bottled water everyday. We stayed for 4 nights and we will come back again next time we visit Tokyo.

The room was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the upper floors was simply unbeatable. Even on a cloudy day, it carried a poetic charm of its own. Breakfast was both abundant and delicious—a perfect pairing with the Tokyo Skytree in sight. This was my second stay, and once again, I’m beyond satisfied—120,000% happy!

Perfect hotel with all the bell’s & whistles. Location is perfect. Walkable to tons of places ( shrines, shopping, restaurants etc). Best view of the sky tree from my room. I would highly recommend it.
