I had a wonderful stay here for my birthday. The. Really made it special. The room 9th floor suite was amazing had such a cosy feel to it. Had amazing nights sleep here too. Yuki at the oak door was just beyond fabulous. Will be staying here again.

We loved staying at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo. A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful, room was terrific with views of the Tokyo Tower and Mount Fuji. There are several dining options in the Hotel and many more options close by. We had an excellent meal in the Roku Roku Sushi restaurant. We highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Tokyo for discerning travelers.

Great property. A noticeable sewage smell in the lobby; though that’s not necessarily the responsibility of the property itself. Awesome location with attentive, caring staff; daily breakfast was amazing and on-site dining in general, was a cut above. Would stay again and would also like to try the Park Hyatt, once it reopens. Thanks team!
