The staff gave excellent service and rooms were clean. It was a confortable stay for my 2 daughters and I. I was very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean but is so tiny. You feel like you can’t move. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is very close to the Kamata train station and lots of shops.

Our least favourite hotel of our 2 week stay in Ja

This room was stated to be 2 single beds. Depicted in the photo as pushed together but usually you can pull apart. However this room was so small there was no way to do so. Not really apt for a mother and adult son! The main grievance for us was the hard wooden ledge at the foot of the bed! We had to physically step up on this to access the bed. This is not at all evident in the photo online but can be seen in mine. This was the only place for 2 large suitcases to fit in the room so very difficult to move. When I asked if I could use the stairs to access our room I was told there were none. I asked what would happen in an emergency, and the lift was out of order I was told a ladder would be used. On the positive side, the room was clean, fresh towels provided and the shower was good. Great location a few mins walk from the train station.

Very friendly staff and close to everything. It’s nice to be able to just get out and walk around the area where you can find tons of different kinds of restaurants. Very much recommended.

The room was clean and well-maintained by the staff. However, it's important to note that the space is extremely compact—realistically suitable for only one person. While the listing may accommodate three guests, I strongly advise against it. The room is significantly smaller than most travellers would anticipate. The property itself offers minimal amenities, with only a laundry room available on-site. Breakfast is served at a separate location, which may be inconvenient for some guests. If you're travelling solo and prioritize cleanliness over space, this could work. For parties of two or more, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The room was a bit small with the extra bed. We probably could have done without the extra bed or with a smaller bed to allow for room for our luggages. The staff was excellent. One girl helped us with our luggages and helped transport us to our next hotel. I didn’t get to catch her name but she was working the front desk at 10 am on July 9 and she spoke English. Great service overall.

My family and i stayed at this hotel and it's 2 minutes away from the train station. The rooms are very small but they were clean and comfortable. Next door there was this really delicious cafe that has amazing food and drinks. I totally recommend staying here its affordable convenient there's a bunch of 7 elevens and restaurants near by even a Mc donalds. There is a small bar accross the street upstairs. They also have amazing food and drinks.
