Located in nice part of Tokyo. Front Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet hotel. Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on this. Room though was very small, the smallest I stayed in during my trip to Japan, but small rooms seem to be the norm for budget hotels in Tokyo.

The staff was nice and I found it very cozy and warm. The smoking throughout the building wasn’t terrible but definetly noticeable. Lastly the rooms were clean, but under the bed and behind various furniture you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Overall, I’m nitpicking, but I had a great time and everything went smoothly. Staff was very accommodating as well.

My room was in the end of corridor and quite spacious though my fellow travellers complained room was very small (but most of hotel rooms in Tokyo are very small anyway). The room was dated but clean. Only the problem for me was weak wifi. Otherwise, location was rather convenient and yet quiet. A nice bakery next to the hotel gives me a nice breakfast Everyday 😊
