The property was clean. The hotel is situated near Shinjuku Station nearby. Everyone was friendly. It was just a little confusing, having a premier grand room and being checked out on a different floor than where we were checked in and having to store our luggage on a different floor as well a bit confusing.

Amazing Hotel!

Stay could not have been any better. Accommodations were perfect, food options on site were both convenient and delicious, lounges available were also great options throughout the trip. The room itself was in excellent condition, with routine cleanings always offered. Room was very spacious for the price. Would definitely book again for my next Tokyo trip!

Excellent Hotel

We stayed in the Premier Grand before and after our trip to Kyoto, enabling us leave our larger cases at the hotel whilst we took a few days away from the city. The Premier rooms are large, especially for Japan and on the 36+ floors, with full height windows offering excellent views across the city. There is also a dedicated check-in area and club lounge offering soft drinks, coffee etc throughout the day. A delicious breakfast could be taken in the lounge which also offered a free tea with snacks and cakes in the afternoon and a light buffet with alcoholic drinks from 5:30 -7:30pm including French champagne, sake, gin etc. Our room also enabled us to access free soft and alcoholic drinks, including cocktails (in packets..but pleasant! ) in Sky Lounge from 7:30 -9:30pm. Both the lounges had stunning panoramic views of the city. The hotel is in an excellent location, with a 2 min walk to the covered station entrance and 20 min to the park. It was very easy to get around on the trains, as all the signage is also in English and the trains provide English announcements at each stop. It is incredibly cheap compared to London. The shuttle bus from the airport stops outside! £7.50 each way! The room was well maintained and service throughout the hotel was superb. A plentiful supply of all shower/products, although there was a lot of plastic wastage so I think they could look into using refillable bottles. I could not recommend this hotel enough ☺️

Fabulous lounge level service - breakfast was good, not amazing. The coffee machine on the 47th floor was nice and served Starbucks. The bar on 47th floor had low quality free drinks but an amazing view and ambience.

We had a fantastic stay at the Keio Plaza - stayed in a premium grand room which made it ultra comfortable with access to the lounge and ibasho- we didn’t even have time to take advantage of these amenities so much but still enjoyed it. Breakfast was included in our rateand we could go to lounge which we preferred as it was quieter and amazing views on 47th floor - but the buffet downstairs had even more selection and also opens earlier at 6 so a great option if you need to head out early. The room amenities were so comfy with complimentary water and teas. We got snacks from the ibasho and there’s a kids play area there which was a bonus! It’s open till 9:30pm. Our only small hiccup was they are were very inflexible about early check in. We hoped to get in even an hour earlier if possible but the person at the desk at the time was not super friendly about it. When we returned to check in 15 mins before check in, the person we had was much more flexible as our room was still not ready but she was able to switch it so we could get in - it was already 2:53pm by then (official check in is at 3pm) so I think super reasonable. She was much more helpful. Anyway overall would totally recommend. Convenient location. There’s a station off oedo line just adjacent but shinjuku station really was just a 7min walk in a bright clean tunnel no need to cross roads etc which is really easy esp if you have luggage to roll. Also walkable into shinjuku 10-15mins!!

Great location in Tokyo

Two minutes from the heart of Shinjuku but still quiet enough to not be too busy. Great facilities. Club Lounge was included in our deal and was very much worth it, though vegetarian options are limited. Loads to do in Tokyo - will happily return to the city and would probably stay here again if the price was right.

Keio Plaza Hotel -an excellent choice for Shinjuku

We stayed at Keio Plaza Hotel for a few days before a cruise and 2 days after the cruise. Our first stay was in Premier Grand which was really nice and included the bar/lounge upstairs on the 45th floor with drinks and snacks and the most amazing light show on the nearby buildings. The room of course had everything we could possibly need and was very clean and comfortable. Our second stay was in the south tower which was also excellent. The room is large and comfortable and also had everything we needed. This room had twin beds which were like large singles or small doubles. All the beds are quite firm for us who are used to softer beds with toppers but I think this is standard for Japan. The only minor gripes are this room has a shower in bath with curtain which would be a problem for anyone with mobility issues (and I'm not a fan ever) and the TV has barely any English speaking channels, even CNN and BBC have Japanese voice-over which we couldn't change. The staff are really good and always ready to help and the location is perfect. A short 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku Station and lots going on nearby.

A little disappointed

Having stayed 5 times in this hotel. This recent stay was a disappointment.Club lounge staff for cocktail was not friendly. We went 8 minutes before closing and were told it’s closed . The staff takes more than 10 mins to find our suitcases in the storage caused us to miss out airport transfer.

This Hôtel was one of the nicest I e ever stayed at. I’ve been to many Ritz hotels and this Hôtel supersedes that and it’s less costly. Tokyo is amazing!!
