The hotel offers free shuttle to Disneyland and DisneySea. It is also conveniently located from the limo bus from Haneda airport. There is not much shopping or restaurant in the area. We (and everyone else) ended up at the Lawson at the hotel lobby. The property is very nice and the room is large. Breakfast (additional fee) is very good. We really enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is great as a base for Disney. Free shuttles from hotel to parks. Not recommend for visiting central Tokyo though since it is far away.

The shuttle to Disneyland and disney sea makes it so easy to get around. The Lawson conscience store has everything you need if you don’t want to eat at the restaurants. There is also dominos pizza close by easy to order online!

Nice property short taxi ride fron the train station and free shuttle to both disney parks along with umbrellas to use when it is rainibf outside. What u didn't like is there no kettle in the room just some urn like thing with no instructions on how to use it in English. Breakfast as little a dissaponting in terns of food choices. Was a litle dissappointed as this was the worst in terms of all breakfast of all hotels we stayed in while in Japan. Would i come back and stay again. Most likely but would look at other optione 1st 3 1/2 stars out of 5 from me

Great Hotel in a good location

This Hotel was better than we were expecting. Its in a good location, about 1 mile away from one of the train stations and well surrounded by restaurants and a short walking distance from a grocery store. The shuttle service to Tokyo Disney was very convenient. As for the hotel itself, it offered a lot of amenities and checking in was a breeze. Our room was supposed to have an ocean view but it was directly in front of a football field. The fact that there was a Lawsons convinience store in the lobby was a big plus, we found ourselves going there everyday and the hotel staff was excellent too.

We stayed here for 2 nights when we arrived in Japan and went to Tokyo Disneyland on the first day. It is a great property, great amenities and toiletries available at the elevators. The Lawson konbini has anything else you might need, including hot food. The staff was amazing with helping us make our way to Tokyo station the next day to take the Shinkansen to Osaka. There was an ovean view from our enormous balcony. The room was huge, ESPECIALLY for Japan!! There is a free Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea parks. However, it is not that close to Tokyo city, so plan accordingly. The nearest train station is a 15ish minute bus ride from the hotel. Very family friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.
