I loved the stay here and the surrounding shops and how easily accessible things are. The station is immediately at the exit of the hotel and the shuttle to the Disney parks made it so much easy. Highly recommend staying here.

This property was extremely convenient, literally attached to the train station. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It was one stop away from Disneyland/Sea and adjacent a mall which had a supermarket and many fast food restaurants available. We did use the shuttle when coming back from the parks which was also convenient because you’re exhausted after walking all day.

Excellent Disney Resort Partner Hotel

What a brilliant gem this is! Made our stay for the Disney parks even more enjoyable. We didn’t want to splurge on a Disney hotel and this was a great alternative. The Welcome Bar is great, serving free lollies, fairy floss and sparkling wine and beer. The amenities, laundry and Disney shuttle bus were great. The customer service was very friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay here again!

OHTB is in a prime spot. The subway is literally outside the front door. There's a shopping center with plenty of food options just outside as well. There are plenty of places to go in either direction. It has an area with free toiletries, including hair oil, face wash, and other facial care samples. It has an open-bar style lounge from 1400-2300 with unlimited drinks (beer and wine), soda, cotton candy, candies, pancakes, and ice cream. It's 2 stops from Disney everything, and only 30 min from Shinjuku. The room style is great for families, since we had 2 bunk beds and 2 normal beds. The downside is the property is a bit rundown. The cleaning staff isn't the most efficient. Our TV had a layer of dust on top and behind it that had ba een there for several weeks. The tub drain was broken so we couldnt take a bath. When we had our room serviced, our beds weren't even made. The cleaning staff is all outsourced from surrounding countries so I'm not sure the Japanese cultural respect for cleanliness is properly conveyed to the service staff.

It was great stay overall but the main problem was they asked me to pay them again the same i paid several months ago prior to this accommodation. It was a nightmare to my pocket, so basically i paid double for one set of transaction.

Great location for Disney and JR line. Rooms were on the larger size compared with other Japanese hotels, but needed a revamp. Breakfast buffet was very western suitable for kids, but lacked authenticity (and taste). Staff were helpful, but it was very commercial and lacked the human connection felt at other smaller locations.
