I love everything about this hotel, close to train station, located in a quiet neighborhood, hotel so clean, self checkout, staff was also very nice and helpful, the mattress and pillow was very comfortable, room was not big but has all the functions! I’ll definitely come back if I come to Tokyo in the future

Bed is soft and small. Centralise aircon with setting to heating by the inn, no cool aircon. We can only sleep with small opening of window and it’s noisy outside. We travelled different places and stayed 7 hotels/inns. This is the worst place we stayed. Coin laundry is available but clothes washed not dry even extra drying feature was added. We ended up with wet clothes after 2 hours wash and dry.
