The room was a bit dingy, and the toilet had not been cleaned. The towels were also rather dingy and threadbare. There has to be a better way for Hotels.com to rate these hotels. I stick to 8+ ratings and am almost always disappointed.

only had one hickup. Asked to have my room changed after check in. A beeping noise every 60 seconds in my first room. Asked to change rooms since they could not locate where the noise was coming from. Unfortunatly their was not a room with accesibilty (handicap) issues was available but the room was still nice
