We stayed at this location in the past. This trip was a big disappointment. Stayed for a week. First floor room. First problem was no make up room service. Wednesday was the only day they would make up the room and the room was never serviced. We had to get our own T paper, soap and towles. There is a Quiet time sign at the front desk and for 3 nights we could not sleep because of heavy walkers and furnature moving and banging sounds from above. Very loud off and on all night. If i could i would give this stay a ZERO. Never staying there again.

Nightmare stay

This was by far my worst hotel experience. Check in was a nightmare. They game us a room and we walked in and woke up sleeping people at 2am which almost resulted in aggressive and physical confrontation. The room we finally got was barely cleaned. Bedding was covered in makeup and general dirt.

Me and my fiancé decided to stop halfway through are drive to rest for the night..we stopped at a rest stopped and booked the room I then called to confirm the reservation went through..the lady I spoke with was awesome she assured me that it did but if my bt some miracle it flew away she would make sure we had a room..we arrived and checked in with no problem…when we did get to our room the key entry wasn’t working but the front desk associate said they could could try to get us into a different room or they could open it with the the master and since all we need was sleep for the night that was fine with us..so he politely asked the customer he was waiting on to give him a moment while he went and opened our room..we slept great and check out was easy..will stay again.

Adaptability and sense of humor required

My room (119) was set up for wheelchair access, including a roll-in shower. The shower pan was damaged and flexed underfoot. The drain cover was not attached. The shower curtain was about 2 inches too far out, allowing water to splash onto the bathroom floor. The tub surround had been caulked repeatedly and not well. I don't have or require a wheelchair or handicapped access. The toilet had insufficient water in the basin, requiring multiple flushes. Inside the tank I found a disconnected hose that I could not reattach. The bowl finally clogged just before checkout. There are insufficient towel racks. There was no soap dish. The AC constantly cycled, even when turned down, and developed a thumping noise. The refrigerator made so much noise that I unplugged it in order to be able to sleep. The room felt humid. To be fair, the weather was record-breaking in terms of humidity. I checked in late--0130-because of airline delays including cancelled flight. I did have a reservation. So this may have been the best room available.

the stay was fine check in was great clerk very helpful there is a lot of general maintenance that needs to happen tiles on the bathroom floor are fastened down ….. the carpet us so filthy it turned my white socks black just a few helpful hints …. the employees children running around the hotel made it feel a lot like a day care rather then a hotel

Reported a lak in the bathroom and never hears anything from them. The bathroom floor was very dirty. Long black hair on the floor that wasn’t ours. Stayed in other Country Inns and they were very nice.
