Normally I don’t have any complaints with this hotel but this time was different I had to change rooms twice in the same night one room the fridge wasn’t working then the other room the sink was completely broken I didn’t get settled in until after 8pm which I couldn’t enjoy my night I was very upset and should of been given my money bck but instead she gave me a discount on my second night as being a Marriott member my room should of been completely free I normally stay there once a week for business but after this incident I might not be returning I still wasn’t satisfied at all.

This was the first and last time we will ever stay at a Courtyard. No lobby coffee for guests in the AM. Making us pay $10 per for breakfast but not telling us that this would barely cover coffee. Rude staff!!!!!!!

Disappointed.

The pictures of the rooms I saw online exaggerated the size of the rooms. I was surprised when I opened the door and saw how small the room was. They made me join the Bonvoy club to gain access to their WIFI. That's ridiculous. They should offer free breakfast. Nope.. and the breakfast prices were way high. Won't stay there again.
