Room was clean. Rooms are very small, no closet, microwave, or coffee maker. Nothing like the other True Hotels. Only one elevator working. Hallway in hotel was not vaccumed. Breakfast was not up to par. They BEST part of our stay was Emily at the front desk. Friendly, helpful and a joy to talk to. She made our stay better.

From check in to the time I left, it was excellent. The room attendant knocked on the door aggressively 30 minutes before check in, but other than that the 3ntire staff was professional and everyrhing was great with the modern decor and comfy beds.

The staff here was wonderful and I really enjoyed my experience but the breakfast could have been a lot better. They had eggs and bagels and a pancake machine but I also wish they had hash browns. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. The hotel itself is clean and well kept and the staff is friendly, professional and available. Rooms are in great shape and very modern with several luxuries. The only downside is there's no coffee machines in the hotel rooms only in the lobby areas. So if you're on the 4th floor, that's a long walk.
