The first room was in terrible shape. There was dirt all over the floor when coming in. After the first night, there was black back up in our sink. We were able to move to another room. It was in much better shape and cleaner. It was fine in a pinch and if you have expectations of a budget experience.

The customer service was excellent. The room was nice and updated. The bathroom was fairly clean. Housekeeping was excellent and friendly! The bed was fairly comfortable but was clean with freshly washed linens. Parking and access to the room was great! I would stay again at this hotel! Reasonably and completely priced.

I had reservations 3 months in advance for a room with a jetted tub. They checked me in. The kid at the front desk was friendly. Not till I get to my room did I find no jetted tub. I returned to have him tell me “ ya I see your room should have on but unfortunately some one had recently passed away in the room with a jetted tub. I said wow how unfortunate but you should’ve told me that before completing my check in. I asked for a discounted rate I did pay more for the room upgrade. I was offered $10 off. The next day the cleaning staff started knocking on my door @7:47 relentlessly till I answered. To see if I was leaving last I checked check out time was 11:00. Then cleaners came back at 9:50 knocking again. This was a super bad experience for me.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, welcoming us in the moment we entered the lobby. The breakfast was warm, fully stocked, and clean. Our room was comfortable with blackout shades.
