When we got there and checked in we were told we had a 1pm checkout time and that we were in the 3rd floor. We left for a little while, when we got back we had to pry the automatic doors open. When we’re were on the way to the room we found that the elevator was down. We walked up 3 flights of stairs to find out that we had no power. The receptionist told us nothing about us not having power. When we went back down to ask about it, he was cold and dismissive when we asked about us not having power. We had to go down the hall way to charge our phones for light. We had no heat and all around was frustrated by everything. For us to not get the late check out either. They told us we couldn’t have our late checkout because it wouldn’t work for them.

The young lady working the front desk is absolutely fantastic and knows what she's doing cuz our room had something wrong with it she got to send to another room same bed size and everything including the jacuzzi tub she needs raise in my opinion

This might be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The gentlemen who checked us in was very nice but otherwise it was terrible. Dirty, hair all over the bathroom from previous guests, cleaning staff walked into our room without knocking etc etc. very poor experience

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and the TV was not complicated to get into the channels. Some of the other motels we have been in nearly have to be an IT person to bring up some entertainment. We are more old school people.

Would never stay here again!

This place was absolutley disgusting. When we got off the elevator on our floor, all we could smell was pot/weed, our room stunk of a mixture of pot and weed and smoke, the bathroom door didn't look, the regular door closed, but something was wrong with it as it looked cracked open and the worse was the BUG we found crawling around when we woke up the next morning. Very friendly people at the front desk. Good price for the stay. Only downside wasI had to fix the toilet in order to flush it. Another member had a sink leak but was taken care of immediatly after notification.
