It’s an old hotel - we hear everything and when I say everything it’s all the sounds you can possibly hear!! Unfortunately our room was the one under the #501 where a XXX and noisy sexual session went on until 2 am! They did not care at all and were slamming the doors going one floor to another. I guess it was a brake between some XXX moments.

While our stay was a very short one due to delay by Air Canada, we did enjoy the great customer service, cleanliness, and over all comfort of this Best Western Plus. The shuttle arrived on time at the airport as hoped (11:25pm), and again the next morning at 5:00am. The driver was courteous and helpful, loading the bags for us. We will continue to come back again!
