Loved the room, got a room with 2 queen beds and a king! Was great! The kids loved the pool! The hotel was clean and the staff was great! Went to dinner at the restaurant it is was amazing along with the service, breakfast was not so great but the portions were large! All in all it was a great experience and the price was great as well!

Bad noise insulation. I’m unlucky that my neighbour room is a big family with two kids. The kids are crying and yelling until 12.30 am. And I can hear it clearly in my room. I communicated with the front desk several times. Although they said they will ask them to be quiet, the noise didn’t stop. For people like me who need to sleep early and get up at mid night to catch the flight, this hotel may not be the best choice.

The shuttle was delayed and we waited at the airport for an hour. I called and was told it would arrive in 5 min and when I called again it was a half hour. Construction traffic delays but they were not forthcoming on the first call. It was very inconvenient and no compensation was offered.
