booked the flight for just one day. My flight arrived at 6:00 AM, and I reserved the hotel room from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM so I could get some rest before my next flight. I was picked up by the hotel shuttle at 7:45 AM. Please note that I landed at Toronto Airport at 6:00 AM and waited until 7:45 AM for the shuttle. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM. I ended up staying only 3 hours. I felt extremely tired, frustrated, and cheated. I will never return again.
