Being a frequent guest our last visit we took notice that we have been charged high percent "sports tax"not once was this mentioned and when asked for explanation all we were told only for a year for Fifa. Our sports taxes during our stays added up to over $500.00. Who receives as well as what other bussinesses charge this tax.Find it a questionable bussiness practice

About the pool, my 15 old girl too old to be in the family pool area and too young they said to be in the big pool even with a parent. This trip was to celebrate her Quinceañera and couldn't enjoy all the benefits from the hotel

Excellent service and location- very worth it!

The service at this hotel is absolutely spectacular. From the front desk, to the swimming pool attendent, to the cleaners. Wow! Comfortable and clean room, and the location is literally in the heart of Toronto!
