We found the price point, and ease to navigate from the chelsea a huge draw, vs right downtown by the cn tower, type thing. But what we didn't like was not being able to stream our favorite shows on tv, which we do whenever we go elsewhere..and number 2 of dislikes, was not being able to drink out on balcany by pool. I just feel i went away on a vacation to forget about things, and have fun.. But felt almost like i was 16 again almost living in my parent's basement..not being able to watch what we wanted on tv..and also not being able to enjoy a beer out in the nice fresh air on the balcony. These things might seem small to you..but i can assure you..I travel quite alot..and these rules are not common in other hotels.And they may reflect our next purchase.

We went to Toronto for our daughter's birthday. While there, we accidentally left her bathing suit in the change room and it was not there when we went back the next day. That was on us, things happen. What we didn't expect was someone on the staff arranged for a stuffed bunny with balloons to be sent to our room. She was so surprised and happy to see that and was very appreciated. Definitely above and beyond.
