Lovely hotel, busy but the lift system worked well & staff were really helpful. Nice room / view and great to have a pool with flume which my kid loved. Would absolutely return. Lots of great amenities too - restaurants, shop, tour set up for Niagara trips etc

The pool and jacuzzi were great and around the area is everything you need plus a gift shop in the hotel. The Elm bar was also amazing and the staff there were great. My only issues were having to hear the police sirens and doors closing all night. It is Downtown but I thought the hotel would be a bit quieter inside. Also, the cleaning people are not very nice and acted rude when I asked them for more towels. Might be a language barrier but we didn’t have them clean are room the days we were there because we did not like how they acted.

Not sure of the gentleman’s name that was working. He guided us to the ice machine on the 11th floor. Turns out it wasn’t working so he walked up to the 12th to fill our bucket. That was exceptionable service and we thank you so much!

The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. Had a Studio Kitchenette, and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The fridge was a mini, so would have liked a larger fridge. The only issue I would say was the parking garage. You need to do a u turn to get into it if facing the wrong way. It’s right in front of the hotel. My GPS had me facing the wrong way! It’s definitely a great place to stay, and food was pricey but delicious!!!

Great hotel, convenient for so many reasons. The toilets in the lobby bathroom are not the best, takes multiple flushes for the bowl to be clear of usage. Robot Concierge was very cool!
