I’ve returned to the Chelsea Hotel in downtown Toronto multiple times, and it consistently delivers a great stay. The team is always warm and welcoming, and the check-in and check-out process is quick and seamless. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the location couldn’t be better—most major attractions are just a short walk away. It’s become my go-to place whenever I’m in the city.

The temperature control/heating was not working, temperature and fan controls were no responsive to changes. The showerhead did not work correctly, water was spraying from random parts around the outside. There was a cold draft form the door to the balcony, the weather-stripping needs to be replaced. Upon bringing these items to the front desk on checkout they provided a complementary deluxe buffet breakfast for 2 on checkout.
