We went to Toronto for our daughter's birthday. While there, we accidentally left her bathing suit in the change room and it was not there when we went back the next day. That was on us, things happen. What we didn't expect was someone on the staff arranged for a stuffed bunny with balloons to be sent to our room. She was so surprised and happy to see that and was very appreciated. Definitely above and beyond.

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room facing the main street which was very noisy. The air conditioning unit would come on and off very frequently and was very loud. There was no way to keep the fan running continually so that you would minimize the noise of the ac unit going on and off.
