0/10 Do not recommend! If you're interested in this property for the kitchenette, look elsewhere. Yes, there is a kitchen per se: a stove, fridge, microwave, cupboards, a sink and a dishwasher. There are no plates, no cups, no glassware, no utensils, no knives, no pots, nothing, not even a toaster. When I complained about not being able to toast bread, the manager said "well, there's an oven". Imagine suggesting I make toast in an oven!!! A fully UNfonctional kitchen. Plates have to be requested at the front desk, bread/buttering knives not included, pots & pans are available FOR AN EXTRA CHARGE. I was traveling for work, spending the majority of my day in the hotel booked specifically for the kitchenette. Couldn't even make a sandwich or soup for lunch. Give the devil their dues, they would have refunded me had I been able to leave but work responsibilities didnt allow enough time to pack and move to a different hotel. Then to add to this nightmare - front desk calls early in the next morning, there's a water leak in the unit below me, the plumber needs access to our room immediately. Sufice to say, we will not be back.

Finding the parking garage and parking floor was confusing; it was night time and I am not familiar with the area. Also the elevator was confusing; never saw one with no buttons before. Otherwise everything was good; check in staff was very nice and the room was good.

It's good value, good breakfast with lots of options, spacious room. But the space is not well designed - in the room with a kitchen (with no utensils or plates or pots or pans unless you pay extra), there was a nice seating area but no desk to work at. The bathroom is OK but the vanity very small even though they could have added a foot in length adjacent to the toilet. Nice fitness room open 24/7. Free underground parking. It's surrounded by a shopping center with a decent a friendly sushi place, and an Italian restaurant that seems to have no customers. The front desk staff are delightful, helpful, and efficient. Hotel begins at 12th floor so you're assured of a view. As is often the case, the place is over-heated and you can't open a window. If you need to be in that part of town (we did), would recommend.
