The staff was friendly, views from the rooms are amazing. There are a lot of small restaurants in walking distance and a Asian supermarket with a great selection. Rooms are clean and larger then I expected. There's a kitchenette but no dishware, which i found a bit odd. But all in all it was a great place to stay.

Curtains looked blood staind, majorty of the staff... very rude, my wife and I felt no hospitality. For example, while checking out we called the front desk to enquire about a luggage trolly and were informed that this is a "self serve hotel" and that we could come down and get one ourselves. We were accommodated for an early check in, paid of course, however that was one upside. If they presnted themselves more like a motel the lack of hospitality would have been not only tolerable, but expected.

The place was ok and in good location. The staff were not at all helpful. When checking in front desk could not articulate where parking was. Then they sent me to security to help and the woman could barely speak English. She brought me to an adjacent condo development and told them her shift was over. They couldn’t help either and didn’t even know about the hotel!! Unreal never had such an experience before at any hotel.
