This was a horrible experience! The lobby and room were cold and in spite of trying to turn up the heat it was uncomfortable. Had asked for a quiet room-didn’t happen. Had to ask manager to come up so he could believe me. Food in the restaurant is very bland and unhealthy as well as very expensive. Breakfast not included and no healthy choices here either. I was happy to leave this place and will never go back again.

Bed and room were comfortable however, only 2 bath towels were provided and we had to call to get more (there were 2 of us there for 2 days) and ask for face cloths, only 1 coffee was provided and it was single serve so we had to ask for that also. Charged for parking in an outdoor lot that had far too much snow still on the ground making it difficult to maneuver. The room itself was nice and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly

We stayed during a terrible snow storm, so it understandable that the outdoor parking was not cleaned immediately. However, after a full day after the storm the parking lot was still not properly plowed. Two days later only the path was plowed but the area where the car were parked was not. That meant that the area around the car was still deep in snow that I had to pull the car out through hard ice. Given that Toronto can expect the occasional very heavy snow I would have expected a hotel with an outdoor parking area to be a bit better prepared. Otherwise it is a great hotel and we will continue to use it several times a year.
