We stayed in the master suite. Upon arrival the room was spacious and cleanly. During our stay the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Great place to stay if you want walk to go shopping or eat. We loved our stay, will definitely be back again!

Nice room, friendly staff. Area was a few blocks away from very busy downtown core but very convenient. Lots place to eat out and a short walk to UoT, Queen’s Park and Victoria Univercity.

This is not the advertised 4.9 rating on expedia. The property is runned down, rooms are dirty and smell of mold and feet. You can hear the next door rooms throught the walls and its overall in a very crowded area of Broadway. Its not a 4 star hotel, the condition of the hotel is deplorable and unacceptable. Surprised its considered part of Hyatt.
